Berlin Technical University's Conscious-City-Lab presents vision of Berlin as Germany's digital capital.

Where does Berlin's future lie? What are the city's most innovative projects and how are they contributing to sustainable urban development? The CHORA city & energy group at Berlin Technical University is behind the Conscious-City-Lab - a 33-foot-high interactive installation and mobile "Berlin Laboratory" that is designed to showcase ideas and projects that are shaping Berlin's future already today. Visitors can explore, collaboratively plan and negotiate urban scenarios in realtime.

As the main stage for the official “Berlin Area” in the exhibition space, Conscious-City-Lab will also host a daily programme of short presentations (Berlin Innovation Hour), lunchtime talks and evening events in cooperation with its partners. This is your chance to hear about smart city initiatives “Made in Berlin” and meet the change makers from politics, administration, industry, utilities, start-ups and academia that are working on transforming Berlin into Germany's digital capital.
